Shipping Information

Processing time listed for each item refers to the time it takes us to prepare, package and ship your order. It does not include the time in transit once an order is shipped.  If you need your order shipped sooner, please let us know in the notes when purchasing your order. 

Most orders within the US take 3-5 days for delivery.  Please know that we CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on behalf of USPS, nor can we be held responsible for delays by USPS. Once an item leaves our hands, we have the same tracking information as you and cannot provide updates beyond what is listed on the USPS tracking website. Additionally, we will not provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by USPS.

If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, we do apologize! Every order is packed by people! Please do let us know & we will send you a return label. Once tracking begins on the returned item, we can ship the correct item. Or if you prefer, you can repurchase the correct item, and we will refund the initial order once the incorrect item is received back at our office.

We do not have a storefront and cannot offer pickups in person at any of our locations at this time.

Refund Policy

Due to the unique handcrafted nature of our products, no two items are identical.  For hand lettered goods please expect there to be slight variances in regards to spacing, size, and style of letters and words.  The same goes for our wood products, no two pieces of wood are the exact same and as such each piece may vary slightly in color, wood grain, or its ability to absorb stain. We enjoy that each piece we craft is truly one of kind and hope you do to!  

For all custom work, please be sure spelling on names is correct.  We are not responsible for misspelled names, please check all documents before submitting them to us.

No refunds or exchanges will be made once an order has been completed.  We want you to love our products as much as we love creating them, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your product please contact us immediately so we can discuss your options.  Your happiness and satisfaction are important to us!

All sales are final. If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, please do contact us so that we can correct the situation. If you receive a damaged item please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the issue.  If you receive the wrong item, we apologize!  Please contact us so we can send you a shipping label to return the item and we will promptly correct the situation.  You can also repurchase the correct item and we will refund the original purchase once we receive the item back in our studio.
